Love Is Just a Legalized Form of Insanity.

LOVE IS MADNESS

Love is the reason that a human wants to live forever, and this same love is also the reason that a human wants to die as soon as he or she can.

When one is deeply in love in a romantic relationship, he or she will wish to stretch this part of his/her life forever; I use the word ‘part’ because LOVE itself will also die once the heartbeat stops. One way or the other, love will end because it is just a creation of a mortal.

When one is deeply in love in a romantic relationship, but the person you love does not love you back(or don’t love you no more), you will not die, but you wish you could. What you will experience is what some people call “symbolic death” which basically is a form love loss.

Losing that one thing you wish to hold on forever, experiencing the uncertainty in that one thing you used to be the most certain about.

So what? (one might wonder) Love can make you sad, love can make you happy, we all know that but what exactly is love?

Most of us mentioned that to love someone means to say or do certain things to make the person you love happy, or to sacrifice your own happiness for him or her, to be willing to commit and overcome obstacle for the sake of him or her. I do agree with this, but this definition is still too narrow. It does not fit and cannot explain some actions that people claim to be caused by love

So if love is truly a willingness to sacrifice your own happiness for the one you love? Why would so many lovers fight? Breakup? Cheat? Abuse? I do not think we can say that if they do what I just mentioned above, then it means they do not truly love each other.

Maybe, the reason that we often find ourselves in confusion when we try to logically define LOVE, is because love itself is illogical.

We can find lovers who do honorable things for each other. At the same, we can find partners who do silly or even horrible things for each other.

Therefore, I think that LOVE IS MADNESS Just reflect on the fact that love shows the same chemical pattern in the brain as when an individual does cocaine. (GOOGLE IT)
